Britain’s Lord Cameron unveils $3.7B weapons package for Ukraine


British foreign minister David Cameron Ukraine can use British weapons to strike targets on Russian territory. He also pledges nearly four-billion-dollar military aid to Kiev, annually for as long as it takes.
