Brooklyn pimp busted for sex trafficking at notorious ‘Penn Track’ Brooklyn Daily Eagle

Detectives have obtained new footage that they hope will lead to the capture of a killer involved in a 13-year-old cold case in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
According to police sources, while images of the suspect had been released previously, this is the first time video footage has been shared with the public. The video shows an individual dressed in green walking down a sidewalk.
Law enforcement sources believe this man approached 22-year-old Jamal Singleton from behind in front of a home at 977 Greene Ave. around 9:43 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2011, after being seen pacing in the area. The assailant opened fire on Singleton, with a bullet striking him in the back and exiting through his chest.
EMS transported Singleton to Woodhull Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
More than a decade later, police are still searching for the suspect and are asking anyone with information to come forward. The gunman was last seen dressed entirely in green, possibly wearing a sweatshirt and pants or a medical outfit.
