One of Indiana’s most notorious serial killers, Herbert Baumeister, is believed to have killed at least 25 victims during the late 1980s into the early 1990s and buried their bodies on his 18-acre estate. Baumeister took his own life nearly 30 years ago, before he could be brought to justice for the alleged crimes.
