Brooklyn pet owner claims groomer — who was arrested for animal abuse in 2007 — killed her dog by turning collar into noose

Reba, a cocker spaniel, was placed in a crate for 90 minutes earlier with a leash tightly wrapped around her neck, her grieving owner said.
