My Opinion:
It is the job of the #AzerbaijaniKGB (under whatever present name, they still are the same stinking piece of shit!), staged and partially or fully fabricated by them to strengthen the support for #IlhamAliyev‘s new anti-Russian and pro-Western stance.
It is also the good illustration of the Azerbaijani KGB’s style of work and mentality: perverse, hateful, servile, self-serving, the old Persian way.
